As lead designer for the rebranding and modernization of J.Crew’s store services user experience, I was responsible for the design of an elevated, cohesive ecosystem bridging physical and digital touchpoints. My work spanned updates across our digital storefront as well as premium print collateral distributed in-store. By blending high-touch digital interfaces with tactile print assets, the redesigned experience successfully cultivates a highly personalized, seamless journey that deepens customer connection to the brand, whether they are shopping online or interacting with an associate on the showroom floor.
